ABOUT LAURE MICHELON

Laure is a creative technologist, artist, researcher and designer with a focus in architecture, machine learning, climate engineering, and fashion.  She actively engages in the realm of automation and the integration of advanced technologies into design.

Laure’s work has been exhibited at Getty PST, the Venice and Seoul Architecture and Urban Design Biennales, Ars Electronica, A+D Museum, and Biosphere 2.  She has spoken at Conferences and Universities including PlayingModels, Tech+, Facade Tectonics World Congress, UCLA, Bartlett UCL, and Virginia Tech. She holds a Master of Science in Architectural Technologies from SCI-Arc and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Columbia University. She currently serves as a faculty member at UCLA AUD and founding partner at Studio MMR.
